Hello,
I am a new user of RtM, I have set (all from the iphone) :
* new locations -> correctly synced to the web
* new items in the list and in the tags -> NOT synced !!
* And last but not least , some new taks -> NONE is synced !
What happened ?

Does it help if you manually tap the Sync button (the round arrow) on the lower left?

Hello,
I have synced and resynced since yesterday, manually and so on, and only one tag has been synced...
That's crazy ! Can I have any answer please ?
In the previous post, I haven't precised that :
* I have changed the names of the lists, and added some.
* I have read the forum about syncing issues, then as this was proposed, I have synced from iphone some event with each tags, so that they should appear on the web... No effect : no tag and no event !

* I have a powerbook PPC with 10.4.11
* I have thought to take todeledoo, but the tags and location in RTM are really great
I wish to have a procedure for some tests, ot to send you some log files, or... What you need !

Unfortunately there are no logs to send; the only ones we're able to gather are when the application crashes.
Could you try removing and reinstalling the app? That will reset it and will see if there was a temporary problem with the app.

facetstudio_os, that sounds like a Gears problem. You can edit/remove lists in the website's Settings, on the Lists tab, or in the iPhone app.
