App Crashes on Every Launch

dmccall Pro says:

I can no longer launch the RTM application on my iPhone. The splash screen appears and the progress bar moves to completion, but when the next screen is supposed to appear, I'm back to my iPhone desktop.

I am running RTM 1.1.1 and have an iPhone 3G running version 3.0.1 (7A400)

Have you tried turning off your iPhone and then turning it back on? I don' mean just the quick on/off but a real reset. Another option is to uninstall RTM and reinstall it.

I did not try turning off/on. I did fix my problem, however, but uninstalling and reinstalling. Hopefully this helps others who experience this problem! Thanks for your help.

If you haven't done so already, would it be possible to submit an iPhone & iPod touch app issue report via our support system?

Please select the issue that you're experiencing from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, just click on "I'd like to report a new issue" on the left.

Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details. Specifically, crash logs are very helpful in us determining what's actually causing crashes like these so we can fix them properly.

Thanks!

I have the same issue both with the iPhone app and the web client on the iPhone. I wasn't able to see where on the support page I should report it - a new issue?

I'll try the remove and reinstall solution.

Yes, a new issue would be suitable for this. Let me know what details you can find; I'll look for your report!
