Have two iPhones listed in Notification (push) preferences

jrafofsky says:

I upgraded from an iPhone 3G to a new iPhone 3GS. Now, in RTM's reminder prefs, I have two iPhones listed, with long ID's after each one, and I don't know which is which.

I want to sell the 3G and only use the 3GS.

How do I "de-link" the appropriate iPhone from my RTM account?

I responded to your support request; I'm sorry for the delay while I was checking on what we could do.

For posterity, in general please submit an iPhone & iPod touch app issue report via our support system for help with this issue and we'll be in touch via email.

Thanks!

jrfofsky,

Have you tried logging out of RTM and soft resetting your iPhone and then seeing if you have two listed in the reminders page?

Good luck

Any iPhone that you synchronize with your account will show up in the Reminders system, to allow you to turn on/off push notifications to that device.

Since the device ID is used for more than reminders (app settings, badge updates, etc.) it is not "deletable" through the Reminders screen; if you are sure you want to get rid of it, you can contact us to remove it.
