Today view in iPhone app

Sorry if this has been answered before, but is it possible to see only tasks due today in the 'Today' view on the iPhone app (instead of today's tasks AND all overdue tasks)? I know it would be better to not allow tasks to become overdue, but it's my biggest bugbear with the app that I don't want to see all overdue items when trying to focus on that day's tasks.

I know I can create a smartlist, but what's the point in having a menu item you can access with one touch when it doesn't show what you'd expect?

It's not currently possible to modify the built-in Today view. This view includes tasks due today as well as overdue tasks. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks for your feedback on what you'd like to see in the Today view. I'll make sure the development team gets this for review.
