Syncing problems between iPod Touch and online Pro Account

Hi,
Yesterday, I created my shopping list via my Pro account online, but for some reason, it will not update on my iPod.
I went through my "Groceries" list, duplicated the items I want to buy (tasks), retagged them as "shop" and saw that they all appear in my "Shop List" smartlist online.
However, no matter how often I try to update my iPod, it will not show the 51 items I have sitting in my Shop List. I only see 3 items.
I am not certain, but I think this has only happened since the iOS5 update was uploaded to my iPod.
