Can't get "Nearby" to work

For some reason, "Nearby" does not pull up any tasks with my iPhone. Can someone guide me through what I might be doing wrong if I am setting tasks for my home, the address is right and yet I don't get these tasks when I am in fact home?

If you have verified the address for your "home" location is correct, and that you have tasks associated with that location that are not appearing in the Nearby list when you are home, you may want to verify that Location Services have been enabled for the app. You can toggle this under the Location Services section of the Settings for your iPhone. Be sure that RTM is set to "On".
