Adding task when a smart list is active

One function I use a lot on the website is when I add a task I select a smart list and click add it auto adds the tags specified in the smart list.

This function does not seem to work in the iPad app where is is proberly a bit more important. Or am I missing something?

When adding a task to a Smart List on the iPad app, the task properties should be inherited, just as in the web app. If this isn't happening, be sure the search criteria for the Smart List are unambiguous, as described on this page.

However, if you have a Smart List that is inheriting correctly in the web app but not in the iPad app, would you be able to contact us? We'd love to take a closer look.
