3 things I need most...
wagnerius says:
- sorting by date OR priority :
In many case, something that can be done only today need to come before something with a higher priority but due later.
For example : a meeting.
- conditionnal :
Some task can be done only if one task or one group of task (that could be someone else task) has been completed.
- tag completion :
If you use many, typing each of them is quite a big waste of time
On the "nice to have" list:
- firefox extension.
- alternative interface for people with a lot of list
So far, Rmilk is a very good introduction to GTD stuff, but once you use frequently, you see the time gain but you also see what missing.
And those points are sort of critical if I want to use Rmilk in my company. I don't need more than that but below this point, It is not complete enough. For example, Conditionnals allow coordination , it's mandatory if you have a (small) team.

Good suggestions, Wagnerius.
Regarding number 1, this has been sought after by a number of RTM users since RTM was just a few weeks old. E.g., http://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/ideas/279/
Some of the ideas in that thread have been addressed through the introduction of smart lists, but the basic issue of sorting still remains.
Regarding number 2, this too has been raised several times, essentially since the introduction of tags. E.g., http://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/ideas/737/ and http://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/ideas/910/
Regarding the Firefox extension, I think there are a bunch of us who are waiting for some gifted programmers to marry the RTM API to Google Desktop, Konfabulator (Mac and Windows), and Apple's Dashboard. I have said on a few thread shere that I would pay for such functionality, and I suspect I am not alone.
Finally, regarding having a lot of lists - for me I have sort of resigned myself to the ugly appearance of the top of my RTM lists, since I have so many Smart Lists. I do use tage and smart lists to keep all of my tasks in one list, so that helped, but still, I wish I could spread out over a wider portion of my 1600 display to lessen the crammed appearance RTM always displays.
