Pop-up to view notes like Google Reader

Notes are too easily overlooked, and too cumbersome to view. I think they should work like the blog post balloons in Google Reader. Just click or rollover the task that has a note, and it pops up in a scrollable ballon to show the note. There should also be a clear indicator that a task has a note, such as little note icon next to the task name.
