I am looking for a template type list which I can have multiple copies of. See, I am a mortgage processor that works with multiple files at the same time. Everyone of these files will need the same things (ie: paystubs, W2s, license, SS card, appraisal, flood cert, insurance, etc) Also everyone of these files will have similar stages (submitted, wf conditions, wf docs, wf funding, etc) Unfortunately having to create a list for each file for every single step is rather time consuming and frustrating. It would be nice to have a list where I can copy when there is a new file, name it with the new borrower's last name and start the process all over again.
Also, I would be using the list to share with my loan officers as there are steps that they are required to complete (lock the loan, speak with realtors, etc) and steps I am required to complete (get documentation from borrowers, order title work, order insurance and appraisal, etc) However, once this list is completed for a particular borrower, I would want to archive somehow so that way we can track our effectiveness on an individual basis as well as see where our systems can be "tightened"
I have been searching through the forums and all the "template" tags just don't seem to be what I am looking for, template list with 200 or more possible tasks in one list that can be copied and "saved as" new list name so original list remains in tact. I hope there is an option out there or can be created easily as I want to fully utilize RTM but this big part of my life has been difficult to implement thus far.
