Assign tags and notes to lists

Tagging a list as "Family" would apply that tag to all tasks within the list automatically

The notes would allow to store plans and ideas for that list.

In fact this is very similar to subtasks concept, but maybe is easier to implement

You create a smartlist "family" for this, to combine the tasks of 2 lists.
