It is not easy to get sites through the screening process and admins are very reluctant to allow new sites through, even if they are useful

I mention this because it is probably widespread in business

You might also want to try accessing the site at:

https://www.rememberthemilk.com/

Some people have found that using the secure URL with 'https' can get around restrictive firewalls.

Anything to do with mobile phones is blocked and I think this is text based filtering.

But I will try with https: to see if it is viable

I don't necessarily want to be forced to use microsoft Outlook tasks if there is something refreshingly different and potentially more feature rich out there! I like the keyboard shortcut idea a lot
