Seeing as this is called "Remember the Milk" shouldn't a "not" operator be possible for locations?

If I need to remember to get the Milk, I need to be reminded while I'm not at home and not at work and not at the gym, but "traveling". If I'm not at a location, then that means I'm out and about and should be able assign a "not" location by which to know what to get while out.
