Firefox Gmail extension ideas

Thanks for this great extension! It's super useful. After using it for a couple of weeks, here are my wishes...

1) Wish I could still see the tasks pane when I have an email open... would make it much easier to do things like transfer dates, URLs, etc. I have a widescreen monitor so screen real estate isn't an issue.

2) Wish there was an option to link an email without having it automatically start a reply. Mostly when there is an email associated with a task for me, the task is NOT "reply to this email", but the email contains information I need to work on it. (For me, it would actually be more useful if the URL of the created task could be set to the URL of the email... but I don't know if that's true for everyone.)

3) Wish it would remember the list view I pick from one session to the next. Right now I have a smart search for my Gmail list, but I have to reselect it from the dropdown every time I restart my browser.

4) Wish it could automatically add a particular tag to any task I add from Gmail (e.g. by starring), and/or automatically add to a particular list.

I really do agree with 1st point :

- It's really appreciable to create a task when staring a mail, but then we need to go the inbox to update the task, date, tags, etc. What could be cool would be to have on the top of the mail, the same box than those we have on the rtm extension panel (when clicking it, have the all options : complete, postpone, etc. like when have the mouse on a task in the entension panel).

- When creating a task from an email, the extension create a link between the task and the mail. And then there is a small button on the task detail to go to the mail. But it only works from firefox : if we are on rtm.com, we cannot see what is on the mail... (or I didn't find how). May be could you : a) coping the mail in a note linked to the task or b) registering the email url on the "url" parameter (or another specific element). For the "b" option, what could be even greater would be to generate a specific url for the mobile version of gmail, when watching the task from an iPhone (or any other mobile version of rtm).

Thx
