Support for business day repeats (e.g. 'every 3 business days')

Would help for us who use it for work tasks.

I'm currently entering work task times in hours. However, a side effect of this is that 24hrs worth of work = 1 day.
NO.
24hrs = 3 (working) days.

The bad of this, is I show my TODO list to my boss and he sees the total and thinks I am three days from my deadline. Nuh-uh. I am NINE days off!

Anyone got any suggestions or workarounds ?
