daily todos

It would be great to be able to set up daily to-dos, that pop up every day but you can tick off - done (for that day).
Like taking vitamins.

You _can_ do this by setting tasks to recur "after one day." After you've completed the item, it will show up again in the next day's list.
Or did you mean something else?

As argotnaut said, you can make the task repeat 'after one day' -- once you complete the task, another one will automatically be generated for tomorrow.
Alternatively, you can make the task repeat 'every day' -- tasks will be generated every single day (whether you complete them or not). To set this up, first set an initial due date for the task (e.g. 'today') then set the repeating option to 'every day'.
Hope this helps!

Does this also apply to yearly tasks such as birthdays? I want to set up my "Important Dates" list like this:
1) Birthday/anniv/etc. reminder for everyone I know
2) Click "completed" when the event passes
3) Does a new Birthday/anniv/etc. automatically show up?
If YES, VERY cool, 200x better than setting this up in Outlook...and thanks for thinking of it RTM (Emily et al)!

It would be handy if we could print out a daily TODO list. Basically the same layout as the weekly one, but just for today.
emily (Remember The Milk) says:
Yes, you can do the same thing for yearly tasks :)
Just make it repeat 'every year', so that it will automatically repeat on the same day each year.
