Or RTM could have shared contacts (customers, vendors etc.) and having the notes capture emails, ... that would eliminate the need for going to highrise. If not a way to sync tasks from highrise into RTM would be great.

Oh man, this is a HUGE ditto. This is the one piece that's missing - handling all my GTD activity while actually having the tasks related to the rest of the real contact information.
