Print to weekly sheets to standard planning binders

In fact I am sure being able to print to the three standard sizes of planning binders would help alot of people. M$ Word allows thiswhile printing if that hleps you see how they implemented it for printing. I suppose one might just be able to set this as a preference.

At this time, tinkering with the page size ration does allow for printing to index cards, but it is still pretty much fiddly.

The DayTimer formats are widely used in the US. Being able to print task/calendar/contacts in these formats would be very helpful.
