Planning binder printing option

Would be so beneficial to be able to print out my weekly planning list directly to my pages for my Franklin Covey binder. In fact I am sure being able to print to the three standard sizes of planning binders would help alot of people. M$ Word allows thiswhile printing if that hleps you see how they implemented it for printing. I suppose one might just be able to set this as a preference.

I feel, in line with GTD trends, the ability to print to indiex card size would be most welcome.

At this time, tinkering with the page size ration does allow for printing to index cards, but it is still pretty much fiddly.
