Mobile Viewing

I think it would be great if there was a ‘view only’ page per list for mobile devices. Something simple that enabled you to view the tasks on a list when you are out and about.
Simplicity is the key so that it is available to the maximum number of smartphones, blackberries etc.
Maybe a way to get the list emailed back to you - there are so many email enabled devices... I guess security is the issue, but maybe a per list setting where you could generate an autoresponder email address for that list.
Whatever the solution, the ability to view the list when away from a PC would be a fantastic addition to the current feature set.

an ability to text some sort of "get list" command to Remember the Milk and then have it send back your day's todo list would be cool.

Likely already something you've looked into, but I think 37signals has done a particularly nice job of this (limited mobile access) with Backpack. I've been using that service for about 10 months and find the mobile access to be a strong differentiator versus their competitors.

I suggested RTM to one of my good friends and he loved the functionality.
Unfortunately he doesn't have regular pc access, whereas in my work/home I'm always on (broadband connection).
He pointed out that the golden rule of a to-do list is that it should be always accessible - that's why he still uses pen/paper...!
So a solution would be mobile access :)
