Have a new idea?
| ernal says: I think it would be handy to get a summary list of overdue tasks emailed each day. Posted at 11:14pm on November 10, 2005 |
| emily (Remember The Milk) says: Interesting idea -- would others find this useful?

| tmadge says: This would be a nice feature, but there should be a way of turning it off.... so, imo, making it an option would be the best way to go Posted 6 years ago |
| kdriscoll says: I agree with tmadge - I think this would be very useful but woud like the option to turn it off. Posted 6 years ago |
| mark.lozano says: And perhaps to go even a few steps further with this idea, consider the following:

| ernal says: Having the ability to turn it on/off would be ideal. You dont want to spam yourself :)

| indigoviolet says: Every day or every X day or Every sunday or something like that.. with the same or similar options you have for a task due date. Posted 6 years ago |
| hendrik.achenbach says: I'd even like a daily e-mail overview of all tasks (that's how the Yahoo task module works), where you can click on a task to call up the details. This of course depends on how many tasks you have, but I think a combined switch like the following would do:

| christine.babb says: Anything (email reminder, creating a list, ??) that would let me know both overdue and current tasks would be great. As Mark and ernal noted above, once the due date passes, the incomplete tasks seems to fall into the abyss, never to be heard from again. piperd says:I agree - I definetely need to be reminded of overdue tasks and when I'm on the road overdue items effectivly drop into a void. Posted 3 years ago |
davidbessler says:Emily, what became of this one? Can't find it discussed any more. Posted 3 years ago |
bgross says:I agree. Both "daily summary" and "overdue" email options would be nice Posted 3 years ago |
| weisskopf says: Since the search syntax is already so powerful, I can create a search to give me what I want....so....

| sushistudios says: so this is going to be a new feature or what? let us know for god's sake! Posted 2 years ago |
| jrafofsky says: Yes, please. The one feature missing from RTM that would make my life complete, would be another option in the Reminders screen:

| juneappal says: A daily emailed summary of due and overdue would attract users (like my brother) who find gootodo a little lacking, but absolutely depend on receiving a daily list of things he has committed to.

| planetthoughtful says: Definitely the only thing lacking from my RTM experience is a summary of tasks overdue along with the email telling me what is due today. Posted 2 years ago |
| ntaylor360 says: this would be a great feature! Please add it.. My email inbox is the first thing I check in the morning and having all my items in one place makes it that much easier me to keep track of things. Posted 2 years ago |
| hunkin says: I agree. Daily reminders should include overdue items!! Posted 2 years ago |
