Default due date (as a setting)

Thanks for the suggestion -- this is something we'll consider as an option for the future.

In the meantime, I remember someone on this forum had a useful tip earlier: if you have a task without a due date, you can press 'p' for postpone to quickly change the due date to today (and then another 'p' if you wanted tomorrow). Not ideal, but it works :)
