Given: a parent with a start date in the future
Should childs with no start date inhert the parents start date?

IMO this should be, because otherwise the Tasks occur, but the parent (e.g. Project) is not intended to start.

Opinions?

I can see some people finding this useful and others not finding it useful, depending on how they work, how they use start dates.
