Nope, that's just for within the next week. I do most of my to-do lists as not time-based (cause I'm a GTD freak :). I'd need something just like the weekly planner, but for ALL tasks together, and sorted not by date but by list.

I'd like to second this - I keep all the things I need to do in lists by topic (with 22 topics) - and it's not very useful unless I can see a general overview of everything I need to do.

I'd like to third this. Right now there's not even a way to see how many tasks you have on each list, or if you have any.

Critical problem for a task program!

Otherwise, it seems quite good so far.

I'd like to add a me too to this request. The seperation of tasks to different lists but the way I work I'd like to get an overview of everything (and not just in the next week)

I'd like to rename the inbox the "allbox" as I never use it. It'd be mondo useful if I could view an aggregate task list.

Me... ninth? Yeah. As another GTD freak I do my lists by context so often the individual lists are fine, but still...

Hm...I don't know what GTD is, but I'd love to be able to see a list of all my tasks at once as well. Perhaps sorted by category (list) with headers, and then by date (if a date is set) and then alphabetically?

By category is less important to me in an "all" list since if I wanted to see the individual category's members, I could just view that category, but it seems like a mildly good idea anyway. Perhaps sorting of the "allbox" could be user configurable?

ok with the new search facility just do a default search and the results will be all your tasks. Save this search as and voila.

with this (Saved search) we can't publish it.
The better solution it's add the AllTask list
- IMHO

ever heard of smart lists? hmhm? search for '[spacebar]' should catch all tasks you have, and this can be saved into a smart list.
