A list that isn't integrated into RTM

I want to make a list of things I need to complete on a current project. I don't want them to show up in the overview and I want them to appear in the order I put them in. (Either up or done, I don't care).

Any ideas how I can do this?

I just realised I could simply put a number at the start of the task to order them properly and without a due date they won't appear on the overview.
