Repeat on 1st and 3rd Tuesday

I found that I can use "Every month on the 3rd Tuesday" to have a task repeat on the 3rd Tuesday.

I have also found: "Every Monday and Wednesday" to repeat a task on two different days.

But when I combine these into "Every month on the 1st Tuesday AND Every month on the 3rd Tuesday" it only repeats on the 1st Tuesday.

Is this type of repeat possible?

No, you'd probably want to create two separate tasks, one for the first and one for the third.
