No details in emailed tasks

I have tried sending myself tasks to my email inbox but they always lack any of the details such as due date, repeats, etc. I used the format specified. I even copied the example email from the help and sent that to myself but again, no details.

First I tried:
Due: 17 Novemeber at 9am
Repeat: Every Year

Then I used the example from Help:
Priority: 1
Due: Monday at 9am
Repeat: Every Week
Estimate: 2 hours
