Deleting Inbox / Sent

The easiest route is to create smart-lists for your lists. In other words, search for all tasks within "personal stuff" and then create a smart list called "personal stuff." Then you can definitely find a Greasemonkey script that hides your actual lists and only displays smart lists.
It's not exactly what you said, but it may be close enough. The only lists it will show is "personal stuff" and "bring from work," but you'll be able to access the lists from the tag cloud.
