This is possible with the mobile version, but at least I couldn't figure out how to do it with the full-blown version.

The easiest way to find this is by logging into the mobile site on your PC, link m.rememberthemilk.com. You have to log in and then you can access your lists. Look at the links, checking for a 7 digit number. Copy the number and add this at the end of www.rememberthemilk.com/home/sami.honkonen/ and you should go directly to this smart list.
You can also find the list number by looking at the source code for your RTM home page (maybe this is even easier).
