Milksync Blackberry Sync error page

Hello-
Whenever I try to use milksync on my BB (ver 8830) I get an error page that says
"synchronizing will permanently delete more than 10 tasks. Continue with synchronization?" yes/no

It will not proceed unless a reply is entered. This seems to prevent autosyncs as well. (It does not appear to delete "more than 10 records" despite the warning.

Is it possible to disable this warning?
