RTM for Gmail and Better Gmail Macros Conflict

When using the RTM for Gmail with the Better Gmail FF plugin, editing items in their hover box does not work. The keyboard shortcuts in the Better Gmail plugin take over. Using the text box for quick entry works fine, it's just editing existing items.

I saw a very similar item was posted previously (see http://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/help/3510/), but I wanted to note that this issue still persists for me. Thanks.

To be clear, it's the Macros Modified feature, not the regular macros.

As a bit of an addendum here, my RTM sidebar disappears completely on my Google Apps account when I enable any of the following in BetterGmail 2.0.5:
- Macros
- Macros Modified
- Show Message Details

Doesn't really bother me, but maybe somebody else out there cares more about macros than I do :)
