Slow email import

I sent an email list at 11:05 from gmail. It's now 11:30 and still no tasks in my inbox or lists.

I'm new to RTM. The big feature sell to me is being able to add items by email. 30+ minute delay would make it unusable. Is that kind of delay typical?

lifelikeweeds, there may be the occasional temporary delay in processing emails, although we're not aware of any issues around the time that this was reported. Tried again today, no go, so I started twiddling with the list format thinking that might be a factor.

Eventually 5 sets of the list showed up (about 30 mins later) so I had do delete them and start again, big lag still evident.
