Tasks as events in GCal

I would like all of my tasks in google though, not just one list... Even though "private addresses" are on, I have to set the list public in order for google to actually display events. I can't display smart lists publically, and google's xml display gives me this:
"Sorry, this calendar does not have public access enabled. If you are the calendar owner, you can make this calendar public on the calendar sharing settings page"
What can I do so that all of my tasks are shared? Must I resort to sharing all of my 10 lists?
