How do I export all of my RTM tasks so that I have a backup copy on my computer?

Isn't there a way that I can just download a "quick and dirty" backup file that has everything in it and then I can upload that file into a new RTM account at some time in the future if that is what I want to do? It is easy to do this on WordPress.com so there has to be a way to do it with RTM.
