Wrong time being entered to tasks

I have set up tasks for 04/19 at 7:00pm.

However when I print out the tasks, the time that shows in brackets is 6:00pm, instead of 7:00pm. Why?? Oh Why?? oh Why??

From the peanut gallery, I'd venture that RTM is substantially beyond "more than decent." I think it's pretty singular, and have valued it every day since I joined up in mid-October. It's wonderful to have one repository for my stuff available online.
