Twitter + RTM = Budget + Account for Time? (Project Management?)

Is there a way to use RTM + Twitter to facilitate project management,
with RTM as the time budget
and Twitter as the actual time cost?

You can create a TwitterBot, this would "listen" for tweets and then "process" them.

Have a look here http://www.rossgoodman.com/2008/01/21/my-first-twitterbot/ to see the code behind my twitterbot. You could program it to do "anything".
