Predefined Lists in Web app
In the Web app, the top arrow reads "All Tasks". When this is expanded, it produces lists: "All Tasks", "Today", "Tomorrow", "This Week", "Given to others", and "Trash". Can I redefine these lists as I can do with a Smart List? If I can't redefine them, can I delete them and replace them with my own versions with those names, defined as Smart Lists?

It's not possible to change or to delete the default views, sorry. It would be possible to collapse them and to use Smart Lists for what you prefer to see in your Smart Lists/views. You could then sort your Smart Lists so that the ones you use most show up at the top.
