Filtering out tasks with unique tag

This isn't currently possible the way you describe, i.e. you can't search for tags that only have one task assigned to them (if I understand your question correctly).
Aside from using a JavaScript bookmarklet, it'd also be possible to look at your tags in the web app's Settings (on the Tags tab) or in the mobile app's Tags sections; in either place you can select a tag and see how many tasks it is assigned to.
