Set default list

You can change the default list in the app's Settings, under Tasks. That will apply to any tasks added from any of the Today/Tomorrow/This Week views, or any other views aside from lists. (For other lists, like if you're viewing your Inbox, adding a task without specifying a list will add to that list.)
