Desktop notification on Windows 7

Are there any RTM apps for Windows 7 that feature desktop notifications? I was using rtm-notifier (adobe air) until it quit working the other day, and now the website is not reachable, so I guess the project is abandoned.

Now I need a replacement, something that will pop up when a task is due or about to be due. I have tried cheqlist, app for the milk and rtm-air-desktop and none of them have notifications.

Does anyone know of such a program?
