Milk Sync on Smart List

and it seems that only list can be chosen to be synced individually. Smart List doesn't seems to have the Sync option though ?

That's correct, only standard lists can be selected when choosing which lists to sync. This is because Smart Lists are essentially saved searches and don't actually contain any tasks themselves. A task may appear in multiple Smart Lists, but it belongs to only one regular list. The task will be assigned this list's category when it syncs to Outlook.
