Display problem with 'complete' and 'postpone' buttons

Hi guys,
On my homepage, the 'complete' and 'postpone' buttons are not displaying properly. The text is offset such that it overlaps the edge of the button graphic. The problem is also consistent with similar buttons on other pages (e.g. the 'preview' and 'start topic' buttons on the very page I'm using to post this!). I use Chrome on a mac and have just checked how it displays in Safari and it seems that there is no problem there.
