language in atom feeds

i was wondering why when i look at my atom-feeds in the web-browser the content is displayed in German.

but when i parse the same atom-feed with a third party app i get English results. for parsing i use the following address:

Url=https://username:password@www.rememberthemilk.com/atom/gibberish
