Send email reminders to different addresses depending on list

I have two lists, personal and work. Is there any way to set up reminders for tasks in my personal list to send to my personal email and likewise for my work list, any task that has a reminder in the work list goes to my work email?

I'd like to segregate the two.

Is there any way to get tags sent through in the email reminders (subject line)? If so, I can always tag my tasks as #work and then setup a filter in gmail to forward the message to my work account.

The email reminders don't include the tasks' properties at all (list, tag, etc.). Sorry for the inconvenience!
