Search with Completed Status and tag

When I use the search
status:completed and tag:rfid

It shows me all completed items, not only the completed items tagged with RFID.

I think that this is a bug, unless I am using the search terms incorrectly.

I though making the AND upper case was going to be the issue, but that in fact had no effect.
