I believe you can change the name just as you would change a task name. Select it then click the pencil icon in the area on the right of the task list.

I do not think you can edit the search criteria though. But that would be helpful.

You can change the name by going to the lists page. Just as any other list. Not sure about the search criteria. I would like that, as sometimes you end up refining your lists.
