sharing task and move them

I shared some TASK that were in LIST "XYZ" with a contact.
The tasks shared was still in XYZ list.
After some time (and probably some actions) the shared tasks moved to INBOX.
I cannot move them back to XYZ list - system tells me:
"There was a problem reaching the server. Are you connected to the Internet? (tasks.moveTo failed.)"
Is there a workaround? Is that a bug?
