Remember The Milk for Gmail Add-on - Stand Alone Version

davehenning Pro says:

The Remember The Milk for Gmail Add-on is fantastic I love it. It's the only way I use RTM (other than the iPhone app). I never use the actual site itself.

My Request:
Make an extension (or just a self contained java-script website) that could load in the Firefox Sidebar. That way I can have my todo list on every site, not just in gmail. I know I can use the mobile version or the gadget in the sidebar, but they are just not as good as the gmail one.

I would much prefer it to just be a web address I could go to so If I wanted to I could just open it in a new window (resized correctly) and leave it on my 2nd monitor. An extension would be nice, but I think just be able to access it from anywhere would be sweeeet.

Anyone else?

Oh yea, of course I would understand if it stripped out the attachment to Google contacts and Google Calendar events.

I barely use them anyway.

I've tried that. Not really a fan.

It would work in a pinch but for daily use, I love love love the Gmail add on.

How can you have so much love for the Gmail Add on when it is down for a week every month waiting for updates to updated gmail code? I agree it is great, functional and convenient, but I really need it this week and I have a feeling the update for Gmail version "13018035" may come too late. Dependencies suck I guess, and I will have to work around.
