Loading/Updating the sidebar takes very long time

since yesterday the sidebar of the GMail Firefox Plugin takes very long time to load (1 min) and also to respond to the changes I make (like the notifier in top of the page or the refresh of the lists). Basically everything takes at least 1min (even the loading of the icons e.g. of the "Complete" button).

I use FF 3.0.6 on Vista.

Hope you guys can fix this or tell me if your plugin maybe interferes with some other FF plugins. Anyways, you're doing great work!
