| dudewad1 says: RTM and Gcal integration puts those little blue check marks on each day in the calendar--is there anyway to give my tasks their own even in the calendar? Posted at 12:26am on February 15, 2009 |

| bluesgeek says: That worked fine for me too. (Is this part of the startup guide or FAQ... if not, it should be, IMHO).

| bluesgeek says: I should mention that I the changes I am look to see populate in the Inbox list on Google Calendar we made in RTM 10 hours ago. Posted 2 years ago |
| bluesgeek says: Perhaps I'm still supposed to make individual lists public. Does Google Calendar still not support authenticated iCalendar feeds? Posted 2 years ago |
| bluesgeek says: Actually, the published and private URLs of my Inbox are identical. Posted 2 years ago |
| bluesgeek says: Following on that, using GCal's add-URL function loads a lot of "provide a public address" responses, followed by "failed to fetch URL" popup. But if I keep at it, after about 20 attempts it takes the URL. Within minutes I get another popup: Settings Error, failed to import calendar from (URL)

| bluesgeek says: I did have things sort of working yesterday. I had my Inbox showing up and RTM events populating the GCal interface. I'm not quite sure way it is responding differently at different times to the same actions. Posted 2 years ago |
| bluesgeek says: The All List link tool from the RTM web interface does continue to work correctly. Posted 2 years ago |
| websurfinmurf says: I added the RTM WEBCAL url to google calendar.

| bluesgeek says: Well, that's nothing. I waited all day! ;-)

| bluesgeek says: Everything is working well now, but with super-long delays on updating gCal. Nice service! Posted 2 years ago |
| rumbelino says: Isn't work here... :( Posted 2 years ago |
| bluesgeek says: I am getting gCal updates on the ~single~ list about once every 24 hours.
Posted 2 years ago |
| bluesgeek says: I did have to redo the URL link to the Inbox list on gCal again tonight because it hadn't repopulated in 48 hours. Posted 2 years ago |
| bluesgeek says: Now populating about once every 24 hours. Posted 2 years ago |
| ceno says: "The ~All~ List populates almost immediately. Very nice interface too. I prefer routine creation and maintenance of tasks through the RTM gCal All List link rather than on the RTM site interface. "

| ceno says: Considering this http://www.google.com/support/calendar/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=38847 I guess none of them should work well. GCal as officially let me down. Posted 2 years ago |
| bluesgeek says: Hey, that's google support link is a great find, ceno. I'll be sure to use it to report issues with refreshing of RTM "calendars:".

| erica.champion says: Is there a way to get ALL my RTM items to show up in Google Calendar? Right now it only shows the events that are due on that day and (if I have it selected) the events without a due date.

| alanlindsay says: The gCal widget is great, but why doesn't it change the color of the checkmark if there are tasks on that day? There should be some sort of indicator. Posted 2 years ago |
