GMAIL: Menu Top Not Viable with Short Task List.

The task area should display "No Tasks" (unless you did RTM my Christmas Gift already )

It also resizes to one task line. The problem with this is the top of the Options menu is now off the top of the browser window and you cannot get it back until you reset the task list (either with 1 or more tasks)

In all other searches that I could do with 1 or more tasks, it resized to the full height of the browser window.
